If you already have health issues, especially circulatory, heart, or immune issues, then losing weight fast is never a good idea.

Although losing weight is in itself a noble goal, you have to do it wisely and the best way to lose weight is to do it slowly. In fact, the slower you lose the weight, the more likely it will be that you keep it off. By changing your diet, adding exercise and activity to your daily routine, and making sure your body is getting the proper nutrients, you will eventually lose the weight.
